2025 Skyliners Ski Swap

We hope you will join us for the 2025 Skyliners Ski Swap!

As a "thank you" for volunteering, we will provide all those signed up to volunteer a digital coupon to purchase one free adult admission (plus one accompanied minor) to Friday night's ticketed Pre-sale & Party. For more information about this event, please click here.

Please keep in mind, if you volunteer for a shift immediately prior to the Pre-sale & Party, you will be asked to end your shift at 4pm and line up by the entrance to the sale. We aim to keep access to the Pre-sale as equitable as possible for all volunteers. Thank you for your understanding, and support!

GENERAL INFO ABOUT THE SWAP:

The Mt. Bachelor Sports Education Foundation is excited to announce that the annual Skyliners Ski Swap will be held on October 11th, 2025 at the Pavilion (Ice Rink), 101 SW Bradbury Way, Bend, OR 97702.

Registered Gear Check-In: Thursday, October 9th, 3:00pm-6:30pm and Friday, October 10th 8:00am-4:30pm

Pre-sale & Party: Friday, October 10th, 5:30pm-8:30pm

General Sale: Saturday, October 11th, 8:00am-5:00pm

Discount Hours: Saturday, October 11th, 3:00pm-5:00pm

Unsold Gear Pick-Up: Sunday, October 12th, 9:00am-11:00am

If consignors do not pick up gear by 11am on Sunday, it will be donated to nonprofits. The MBSEF Staff and volunteers need to be out of the Pavilion no later than 12:00 on Sunday.

The Mt. Bachelor Sports Education Foundation is a nonprofit organization that creates opportunities through competitive snow sports programs to support athletes in achieving their individual athletic, academic and personal goals.
